You need to analyse the composition of the timber and whether water is trapped beneath the floor and the concrete. This is because in some cases it is impossible to take out the moisture with the Injectidry.

In most cases this system may be suitable for expensive timber floor installations. The injectidry would usually cost around $200 upwards per day to hire. This cost can be cost less than replacement. When doing a cost benefit analysis it is important to consider the replacement expense and the cost of re sanding and sealing.
