Lawsuit And Danger Of Yuletide Season
When you say Christmas, the first thing the comes to your mind are holiday decorations and the Christmas tree. Different households will have different interpretations of how they want to decorate their tree, thereby bringing out their own creativity and personalities, but the most common tree ornamanet is that it will always have some holiday lights around it.
In choosing your holiday light colors, keep in mind that with the various styles, designs, shapes and sizes t choose from, opt for one that will bring emphasis to your tree. Because of the multitude of holiday lights around, making a choice will not be that difficult.
While opting for the most simple design is sometimes the better choice, it is always best that you stick to just one type of lighting for your tree. Because your lights have been in storage for quite a while now, it is best that you test them out first before hanging them on your tree. If you will be using an extension cord, make sure that you use a heavy-duty one that has multiple sockets and outlets where you can plug your cord.

In setting up your holiday lights, always start from the top then work your way to the bottom. If you have a tall Christmas tree, start attaching the lights at its topmost portion while the tree is still laying down because you will have a hard time attaching it later on when the tree is up. When all the lights are attached, check their lighting and then add the other tree ornaments.
For a three-dimensioned look, use more than just one light. Start wrapping the lighting cord from the trunk up while twisting it around each tree branch. For the next lighting strand, try plugging it to the last strand if they are near each other. If not, you will need to plug it to the nearest electrical socket. If you will be using extension cords, always use that they are the heavy-duty kind.
For a less complicated style of hanging holiday lights to a tree is the so-called zigzag method. With this, you will have to start from the top and work your way downward, zigzagging from one branch to the next while at the same time making sure that the lights are evenly spaced out. Get the most effect by having some lights in the middle of the tree and on the tips of branches.
Always test your lights after they are attached to the tree. This rule is applicable regardless of the design or method in their hanging. If you are using multicolored lights, make sure that they do not cluster together or that the same lights are near each other.
If your tree has holiday lights around it, always be safe by turning the lights off whenever you leave the house. It is also advisable to keep a fire extinguisher inside the house and near the tree as well.
