Also look around for recent certificates. If you do not find one, ask them to show you the proper certificates and authorization letters. If they refuse to show the certificates and/or letters that means they are not certified. You cannot expect good quality service to your car from such unqualified and dishonest people. You can leave that shop and search another qualified service shop.

When you don’t find a waiting lounge at the service center, look around to ascertain the basic things in the shop. Look to see how many cars are waiting in queue for service so that you can calculate the time by which your car will be finished. Ask them to show you the repairs that need to be done and an honest estimate for that. If you are satisfied in all these points you can proceed to repair and service your car at the shop. Also make sure that they are using the most advanced tools to carry out repairs to your car.

Take these measures into account and check if this is the right auto repair shop for your car. If it makes the grade, you know you have come to the right place. Any thing that appears out of place is an indication that it would be better to look elsewhere.
