Six Sigma Methods

You need to use the Six Sigma method to train your management in order to obtain six qualities of an average product. This includes the plus and the minus sides. The materials, instruments, methods and skills of the people involved in the training make it impossible for the quality of the product to change, statistically, if the process is constantly monitored.

A hierarchy has to be established in order to make management aware of any difficulties that may arise in the production. That hierarchy begins with the top level of managements to the lower level.

* Executive Leaders: The executive leaders are those that are part of the top level that is responsible for creating the specific guidelines and policies in order to place the Six Sigma system in its place in the organization.
* Champions which are those people selected by the executive leaders from the upper management are responsible for seeing that the Six Sigma system is conducted the way it has been envisioned. The Champions are responsible for training those that are under them.
* Master Black Belts are the people chosen for the Champions to train so that the policies that were set by the higher management ranks are understood and carried out by the people that they have under them..
* Black Belts lead the rest in carrying out the principles of Six Sigma. Black Belts are completely trained by the Master Black
Belts; they see that every one sticks to the guidelines prepared by the higher ranks.
* Green Belts and Yellow Belts are those from the actual work force that have been formally trained in Six Sigma philosophy by the Black Belts. They are responsible for the conformity of the lower ranks of employees in the system.

In order to qualify as an expert in the Six Sigma process you need to have a certificate in one of the many fields. You can take an eight week course online or receive on site training and those certified programs are:
