If you go to boot camp class, you will see your friends at every session. They can also encourage you and push you to reach your goals and keep you on track!
4. Step number four is to reward yourself. Now there is a trick to rewarding yourself. You want to do it in a way that will perpetuate the progress and not distract you. For example, buy some new workout gear that makes you feel really stylish. I know for me, when I get a new pair of running shoes, I want to go out for a run! But don’t reward yourself with things like junk food or movies. It’s just too tempting to fall back into old habits.
5. Number five is to try new things. I know it’s easy to sit back and judge, thinking that you won’t like something new. But, hey, it’s worth a try. You’ll never know until you try it. By trying new exercise programs regularly you will be more motivated to stay with it and have continued interest. Maybe even some curiosity about what will be next!

Just try and implement these few easy steps and you will find yourself better off than last year. Your new goals are soon to be attained.
